Fees on Deposits and Withdrawals
We do not charge a fee on deposits made by Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or Tether. On withdrawals, we do not apply a platform fee, but standard blockchain network fees apply and are deducted at the network level rather than charged by us directly. The size of this network fee depends on blockchain congestion at the time of the transaction and is not fixed by our platform.

Verification Before Withdrawal
Before we release a first withdrawal, we require players to complete our standard identity verification process. This includes submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of current residential address dated within the last three months, and, where a card was used for deposit, confirmation of card ownership through a partially masked photo of the card. We may also request a selfie holding the submitted ID for additional confirmation. Verification is typically requested once, ahead of the account’s first payout request, and subsequent withdrawals are processed without repeating the full document check unless account details change or additional risk checks are triggered.
